Batticaloa district Hindu Youth Forum seeks urgent support for flood victims in the Eastern Province For the past two weeks heavy thunder showers hits downs the area and sluice gates of several tanks were opened, villages submerged with flood water.At present 12012 families including 41419 individuals are residing in 103 welfare camps while 38329 families including 136184 individuals are displaced in and residing in their relatives houses.
