President Rajapaksa says that the full implementation of the 13th Amendment to the Constitution will not be done.

Sri Lanka has told China and India to respect its identity as a sovereign nation. President Gotabaya Rajapaksa tweeted inviting global powers, including China and India to invest in Sri Lanka. However, he also urged both countries to respect Sri Lanka’s unique identity as a sovereign nation.
