The Covid-19 virus has reportedly spread across the land of the Indigenous Community of Sri Lanka in Dambana.
According to reports, 44 people from the Indigenous Community have been confirmed for Covid via antigen tests and admitted to the hospital.
Among the infectees is the wife of Veddah Chief Uruwarige Wannila Aththo, reports added.
As of now, about 100 indigenous people have been identified as Covid infectees.
