The My Huawei App is an updated version of Huawei Support App which comes pre-installed on Huawei smartphones, and it’s an official platform for consumers to directly connect with the Huawei official support team.

The app offers users an opportunity to request assistance from Huawei Support, where valued customers can find personalized solutions to meet their needs.

MY HUAWEI contains full features of the previous Support app and more for users to discover and stay on top of everything and get all information they require in just one glimpse; be it catching up with latest Huawei news, grand events, product releases, or big sales. If users have the Huawei Support App, they can update it manually or choose or download it from the Huawei AppGallery.

Any Huawei devices with Harmony 2.0 and later versions are pre-installed with MY HUAWEI and, customers can find it on their screen or by following one of these methods: slide down the home screen, and search for it, or search for MY HUAWEI in the Assistant Today, users can also go to AppGallery, and search for the app. The update for MY HUAWEI APP is available for devices with EMUI versions of 8.0 or above.
